Glycerol production is between 4-6 g/l, and there is no killer factor to worry about.</p> <p>Ideal for all types of Pino, Zweigelt, Merlot, Portuguese, Grenache, Sangiovese, Lemberger, this dry yeast is easy to use. Simply mix 1 part of the yeast with 7 parts of water and 3 parts must at 35-40u00b0C, let it rest for at least 15 minutes, and then add it to the must. Make sure that the temperature of the yeast starter is no more than 10u00b0C different from the temperature of the must in the fermentation tank.</p> <p>Each package contains 7g of yeast, which is enough for a dosage of 15-25g/hl. Vinoferm Red has a shelf life of two to three days after opening and should be stored unopened in a cool, dry place.</p>
